Solana (SOL) has reached a milestone few blockchains can claim: 30 consecutive months of uninterrupted network uptime. Since February 2024, the network has avoided any full-cluster outages, demonstrating its resilience amid surging transaction volumes and infrastructure challenges.<\/p>\n

The achievement is significant given Solana\u2019s early struggles with reliability. Between its 2020 launch and early 2024, the network endured multiple outages, including a 17-hour halt in September 2021 due to transaction flooding and a nearly five-hour incident in February 2024 tied to validator issues. However, since that last major disruption, Solana has operated seamlessly, even as it processes more daily transactions than all other major blockchains combined, according to Chainspect<\/a>.<\/p>\n
