The Reflection dashboard, accessible via Claude\u2019s web and desktop platforms, provides a summary of usage patterns over periods ranging from one month to a year. Users can track key topics, activity types, and even set reminders such as ‘quiet hours’ or nudges to step away after extended usage. A breakdown of time spent using Claude by task type will also be introduced soon, according to Anthropic.<\/p>\n
