Robinhood will enter Canada after its WonderFi acquisition brought local crypto exchanges Bitbuy and Coinsquare under its control. <\/p>\n

Stock and crypto trading platform Robinhood has entered the Canadian market after closing a $180 million stock acquisition of local crypto technology company WonderFi, gaining the company\u2019s licenses and regulatory approvals in the country.<\/p>\n

Robinhood said <\/a>on Monday that the acquisition marks the platform’s entry into Canada and will see crypto exchanges Bitbuy and Coinsquare come under the company\u2019s banner.<\/p>\n

Bitbuy and Coinsquare are among Canada’s largest crypto exchanges. WonderFi disclosed<\/a> in March that the platforms generated combined revenue of $49.8 million in 2025.<\/p>\n
