Aave Labs\u2019 Push received FCA approval for \u201ccertain cryptoasset activities\u201d in the UK, supporting its plans for regulated stablecoin on- and off-ramping.<\/p>\n

Aave Labs’ UK subsidiaries, Push Labs Ltd. and Push Virtual Assets Ltd., known together as Push, received Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) cryptoasset registration as cryptoasset exchange providers under the UK\u2019s current Anti-Money Laundering regime.<\/p>\n

The registration was obtained for \u201ccertain cryptoasset activities\u201d and supports the decentralized finance (DeFi) company’s plans to build regulated stablecoin on- and off-ramping infrastructure in the country, Aave said<\/a> Thursday.<\/p>\n

Aave Labs\u2019 Push describes itself as a \u201csimple way to move between Euros and stablecoins,\u201d according to its homepage<\/a>. The FCA\u2019s online registry shows<\/a> that the London-headquartered firm has been registered with the regulator since May 12.<\/p>\n
