Buyers are being offered the information either in blocks or in full via the Telegram application.<\/p>\n<p>This group, along with other notorious cybercriminals like \u201cWiz\u201d and \u201cBox,\u201d was involved in a $243 million phishing operation in Washington D.C. in August 2024. The group gained access to a victim\u2019s Bitcoin wallet by posing as Google and Gemini support staff, using remote control software like AnyDesk.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Growing Threat to Crypto Platforms<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This incident underscores the increasing threat of cyberattacks targeting cryptocurrency platforms as digital assets grow in popularity.
